Wifi is ok but it is only in the coffee shop, but you don't have to order to use it (but then you miss the excellent rice soup). The room was big with a view over chinatown, the bed was good. Service - We spoke English but experienced no problem getting around. The front desk was helpful, regardless of the time of day or night. We were a couple, staying in a windowless room, but experienced no problem - The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

I told them in future all Australian people training for the hospitality industry should be sent to Thailand as part of their study. Staff are so good they felt like family, their happy smiles and their genuine wish to give amazing service will keep us going back to Thailand again and again. The Grande Ville feels like a second home thanks to all the staff. - Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Restaurants. Pretty good location with Chinatown just round the corner.
