great hotel, great service, great breakfast,book the executive suites with the river view, try the 32 floor bar! It's the best coctail bar!for families with children, they have little hilton's facilities, so everything is takes care of! - The service was first class. All the staff without exception were absolutely great. The hotel itself is superb

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -

The service at Peninsula BKK is outstanding in every respect.
The rooms spacious and luxurious. If you Re lucky enough to get a corner room the views of the river and BKK are wonderful. Swimming pool area is tranquil and magnificent. -

Everything was of luxury standard from booking in to departure. We chose
the Horizon Club and appreciated the extra benefits it offered. This
includes a top 3 floor position and view of the river, and all day
snacks and non alcoholic and the happy hour each night. It is placed in
the luxury price bracket, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friendliness of the staff, proximity of the hotel to services. The restaurant 'Sorocco' on the 64th floor was excellent. - we got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, magnificent room, sirocco restaurant is excellent and a must, great place to stay

Everything from start to finish was amazing! We arrived at the hotel and
was greeted by a very friendly male manager, who instantly upgraded us
to a honeymoon suite with the river view. The rooms where very clean and
spacious with all modern decor, and the comfiest bed ive ever slept in,

An excellent hotel. Couldn't be faulted. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste. The restaurant was excellent value, and breakfast had every type of food you could possibly want. I came across this hotel on a second or third search of hotels in Bangkok and what a stroke of luck. Opulence and style is exactly what this hotel offers, for an unbelievable price. Location is very good in that the hotel is right next to a sky train station, close to the river and close to the Silom area for nightlife. There is also a great laund
