The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem. The hotel is 5 minutes driving distance from the center. motorcycle can be rented at the hotel up to 250B. Seven/ Eleven in walking distance. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and lovley designet. Very pleasant is the jacuzzi in the room. Rooms are very clean. Staff friendly, helpful and courteous. Very good service.

Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom).
The hotel is not very far from town and we had no difficulty getting shuttle into the night bazarre when required. Being slightly out of city was good as you didn't really hear traffic but more village type sound

My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht. - Very nice facilities with library and Mac computers that can be used by guests on the ground floor, a very nice pool, excellent value for money.
- Good service - morning and afternoon tea, good breakfast options and good food.
- Very good location: a few minutes from Wat Chedi Luang, other temples are walking distance from the hotel. During our stay, we also went to the Saturday Walking Street and Night Bazaar, which was a few minutes walk from the hotel as well.

The location is right in the middle of everything; the night market, the temples, night life, and there's a good selection of dining choices from american fast food to anything you can think of. - The free cocktails and laundry as well as the fantastic views. The sports centre was also very well equipped with a good sauna and jacuzzi. The chinesr restaurant on the top forr was also excellent. We would come back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

The staff were helpful, we were picked up and the car arrived exactly on time. The actual hotel and apartments are only a year old and are stylishly decorated. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location as well...we were not in a touristy area at all, so we got to experience authentic Chiang Mai.
