  The lady that runs the villa (Pray) is a breath of fresh air, very helpful and positive and always happy to help. I can say that because of her we felt extreemly welcome comfortable and happy to stay at the villa. I have traveled to many locations and must say that the people really make a difference.   Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom). The hotel is not very far from town and we had no difficulty getting shuttle into the night bazarre when required. Buffet breakfast had nice local food d - My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht.   The staff were helpful, we were picked up and the car arrived exactly on time. The actual hotel and apartments are only a year old and are stylishly decorated.
