Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom).
The hotel is not very far from town and we had no difficulty getting shuttle into the night bazarre when required. Being slightly out of city was good as you didn't really hear traffic but more village type sound

My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht. The staff were helpful, we were picked up and the car arrived exactly on time. The actual hotel and apartments are only a year old and are stylishly decorated. There is a small gym which is outside but in the shade, and a pool. We stayed in the suite which had a two ring hob, microwave and fridge. It is just out if town, in a local neighborhood wh

The staff! Incredibly helpful, gave us wonderful recommendations, helped us get taxis, red trucks, and tuk tuks. Also told us what to avoid :)
The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location as well...we were not in a touristy area at all, so we got to experience authentic Chiang Mai.

We took the one-bedroom apartment. The room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette-cum-living room was also spacious and facilities good - fridge, microwave and kettle plus stove. Would have preferred additional utensils though but above all, a wonderful hotel -

The rooms are actually small apartments. The ones away from the street are quiet. Clean and well kept. Good security and the wifi was reliable. Near a vegetarian restaurant (Kuhn Churn on Soi 17) and a Starbucks (Soi 9) and some interesting shops. The massage place can hold four people at a time and you can hear them all talking. We had the 2 bedroomed apartment and it was huge! It was beautifully clean and modern and in great condition. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Although it is a 10 minute walk to the town it is very handy for the great restaurants by the river (we ate at 3 of them) and is in a quiet area so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. Fantastic place to stay.

The Grand Wipanan Residence more than met our expectations. We were a little wary because it was new in town but we were amazed at how clean it was, friendly and helpful the staff was. It was away from the hub of activity CM is known for but songtaos are still readily available and it was easy to navigate shopping and medical appointments from this location. We will definitely go again!!!

The staff was extremly helpful and very eager to be of assistance. Rooms were clean and lots of space. Good value for your money! The hotel locked a door in the evening so you had to have a tag attatched to your key to get in wich felt secure. -
