  Large rooms and close to the railway station from Negombo and the airport. The staff and the owner are very friendly en cooperative.   It was my second time staying here and that says it all that I returned. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fine and all and all it is value for money. The location is close to shops and restaurants and it is also close to the beach not to mention only about twenty minutes from the airport. - Good location!
