  The room was very clean with functioning air-conditioning and fan. We also enjoyed the quiet location in close proximity to Beach Road, and the WiFi available in the reception area. - size of the room.

  Large rooms and close to the railway station from Negombo and the airport. The staff and the owner are very friendly en cooperative. Recently they started to serve diner on request, the cook is very skilled and makes tasty food.   It was my second time staying here and that says it all that I returned. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fine and all and all it is value for money. The location is close to shops and restaurants and it is also close to the beach not to mention only about twenty minutes from the airport. - Good location!   I can recommend this hotel to everybody who arrived or leaving Sri Lanka. Hotel is only 15minutes from the airport. Staff in this hotel is very helpful. accommodation is clean and fully meet our expectation for one night when we was leaving country.
