very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out. Very good location if your interests are to shop and the latest mall ION is just around the corner.

We liked the sheer luxury and quality about everything the hotel has, its comfort, cleanliness and service. We liked its position, not directly on Orchard Road but a four minute straight walk to the hustle bustle of the huge shops and everything that has to offer.We liked the fabulous coffee shop with its cakes and savouries which was great for breakfast when you really did not want the quantity of a full buffet breakfast. We were upgraded to the Valley Wing Club floor for a moderate price increase which was well worth it. Breakfast was included and served in lovely lounge. The infinity pool is just stunning and very big.
Rooms are very large (almost a studio). I had the Premium room with City View to have the view on the Bay (the "cheaper" rooms have the view on the Gardens by The Bay) and it was beautiful: the bathroom is very big and it has a nice bathtube, two sinks, a small room with the toilet, a room with the shower.
Check in and check out procedures were very fast.
Wifi connection strong and stable, useful to call home for free using voip.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.
