The staff are very accommodating. My family came early 1am and what I requested was granted. I ask for an Airport and the driver came on time according to the flight details i sent. When we came to the hotel, everything were ready. I feel so at home because the staff at the hotel welcomes us very warmly. The staff well explained about the hotel and the surroundings of the hotel.
