The location of the hotel is perfect on the danube of the river. You can walk via small bridge and find a dozen of nice open air cafes and restaurants.

Location on the river so handy to use the bum boats (water taxi) to get to many areas in the city . Central location . Live music at dinner and in the bar at night. Good variety of food. Spacious rooms good value.

courteous and helpful staff - Breakfast was excellent. and the hotel room is also clean. the per night charged was just alright. it is not so cheap, well what can we say since it comes with the name so cannot complain about it.

Staff were fantastic- very nice, helpful and welcoming. Rooms are not
exactly 'luxurious' but are modern & funky. The room design
to makes good use of the space. Lap pool, gym & pool area is great.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are attentive, warm, helpful and friendly. I left my passport and some other things in the safe when I checked out and they emailed me the moment they realised that. I returned to the hotel to collect my things close to 11pm and was attended to immediately. Great service!
Expressemente on the lobby level is opened 24/7 so I can grab a coffee anytime of the day.
Great choice of restaurants near the hotel.

i like the spacious room, and newly renovated, look fresh and clean, hot shower ,cool air conditon(silent), good to sleep, walking distance to local market to find cheap and delicous food.walking distance to MRT station,near to tourist area therefore not much different compare to MRT if go by taxi in 3 pax.

Staff were pleasant &helpful.room was small but neat &clean and had good facilities. The hotel was near Chinatown about 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was excellent and a reasonable price. I recommend this hotel if a low rise hotel is preferred. -
