Staff were exceptional, the chap that checked us in went above and beyond to make us feel like special guests.
We stayed in a club room, with a really comfy bed and lovely shower room with a view out over the city. The club benefits were well worth the extra, enjoyed drinks on the club level in the evening and watched the sun set.
With the MRT station (a tourist pass was cheap and took us too the airport on leaving) shops and restaurants it was easy to settle in, though taxis are also an easy

lo stile dell'hotel, la navetta gratuita ogni ora per l'aeroporto e le due navette giornaliere alle ore 8.00 e alle 12.00 per il centro città. - Molto comodo per chi deve fare uno stop tra un volo e l'altro. Soprattutto la navetta da e per l'aeroporto a qualsiasi ora.

Camera molto grande - What we like most is the room. It is spacious and homey. The location of the hotel is very accessible and excellent, as the bus stops in front of the hotel and few minutes walk to nearby mall. I will still choose the same hotel in our succeeding stay in Singapore. - I could not fault the hotel, its staff, location or price.

Stayed as a single person in a double room with a balcony overlooking the street. I really liked the balcony and did not find the street particularly noisy. We stayed here 3 nights. It's 10 minutes walking from the MRstation 'Clarke Quay', but they are building a closer station. Our room was not so spacious, but clean. Walking distance to the river night life and teh underground (mrt) .
Second, acted as a **** hotel should and more: I stayed for one night to
catch a particularly late flight but got hold of the hotel for almost 2
nights; late check-out at 2 P.M. , luggage stored, complimentary shower
after my city tour (from 4-8 P.M.) then headed to airport by the nearby
mrt. 9 P.M. check-out would have cost me 2 nights. Thank you Parks !

The breakfast buffet on the first floor was excellent with American styled breakfast to Asian breakfast foods. The fitness center is clean and can be accessed any time of day by just asking the front desk staff (between 10pm- 6am). The location was also ideal for business meetings. It is also off of Orchard Road, which allowed for a quieter sleep at night. I would stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of western and
asian dishes - you can even order how your eggs are cooked. Hotel staff
was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

The location of the hotel is perfect on the danube of the river. You can walk via small bridge and find a dozen of nice open air cafes and restaurants.
