  I stayed twice at the Crystal Palace hotel in a short period of time and I was very pleased with the stay each time. The staff wes courteous and always willing to help. For my second stay I arrived significantly before the regular check-in time but I received my room very fast. I was also pleased with the Wifi Internet connection. All in - I came back to Cristal hotel after the first sensational impression about the staff. However it was amazing to notice that the service has even improved: their politeness has no limits. This time, during my too short stay, I enjoyed the continuous attention of the restaurant maitre, who can even speak Italian and acts as a guardian angel at your table. I must say that it was again a really pleasant stay. In this hotel you feel like a queen. Thank-you

  We were staying overnight near the airport for an early morning flight and the Hotel Tecadra worked perfectly. It is a very nice hotel with all of the amenities one would expect of a good hotel. We had them call a taxi for our ride to the airport as the shuttle driver wasn't working that weekend and they paid for the taxi.
