The staff were helpful. We are a partnered gay couple and were given a double bedded room which we requested. The hotel is near the main station and underground and also bus 780 from the airport stops at the station. The cafe is good. The rooms were modern, beds were nice. We will be staying there again in August

No wonder why this particular hotel is a winner!!! They treat you like a

'13. That night after the opera I was not able to tell the taxi
driver the address of Epoque, we assumed every taxi driver would know,
since it was located almost round the corner from the National Opera

The hotel is located right in the center, next to a beautiful park with a lake, 5 min to all the right places, yet hidden among the streets, thus allowing for quitness and privacy. When first arrived to the hotel it seemed like I was entering a castle!
Its excellent staff assisted us with every possible request - what to do, where to eat, and even assisting with some car related issues, completely out of their line of responsibility.

There's absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay. Had a 4 nights stay and had requested a studio but because there was none available at the time, we were offered a large apartment instead which was brilliant. Staff incredibly friendly. Location was excellent - dead in the city centre. Facilities were just as described - this includes washer

The apartment was large and roomy, it was extremely clean and modern, it had all of the appointments that were necessary and many more than were expected (things such as kitchen appliances, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, etc.), the location was fantastic, the service was exceptional, the Internet worked very well, and it was very quiet (in a neighborhood that’s not necessarily known for being particularly quiet). They receive my highest recommendation.

Nice, clean hotel, with very helpful staff. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty and abundant, compared to the reviews I had read. Free access to the gym and pool. and free internet access were a significant plus for me.

it is close to everything and you can do everything you need to do in a very short period of time without needing cars or taxis. you can print free no matter how many documents you need to print or copy (there's a specially reserved computer with printer just in case you need)
