  Really attentive staff. The host was incredibly understanding and easy-going. The double room was spacious and clean. Basic amenities provided and a 24/7 kitchen downstairs is available. Overall, excellent value for money - The staff were helpful. We are a partnered gay couple and were given a double bedded room which we requested. The hotel is near the main station and underground and also bus 780 from the airport stops at the station. The cafe is good. The rooms were modern, beds were nice.   No wonder why this particular hotel is a winner!!! They treat you like a queen! It was my first time in Bucharest, and first with Epoque in March '13. When first arrived to the hotel it seemed like I was entering a castle! Its excellent staff assisted us with every possible request - what to do, where to eat, and even assisting with some car related issues, completely out of their line of responsibility.   There's absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay. Had a 4 nights stay and had requested a studio but because there was none available at the time, we were offered a large apartment instead which was brilliant. Staff incredibly friendly. Location was excellent - dead in the city centre. Would recommend to anyone thanks for a love - The apartment was large and roomy, it was extremely clean and modern, it had all of the appointments that were necessary and many more than were expected (things such as kitchen appliances, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, etc.), the location was fantastic, the service was exceptional, the Internet worked very well, and it was very quiet (in a neighborhood that’s not necessarily known for being particularly quiet). They receive my highest recommendation.
