Very nice atmosphere in the large lobby. We had a standard room, but it was big enough for 2 persons and clean. The breakfast was excellent. - It's a little outside town so there are 3 decent restaurants in the hotel itself if you don't want to venture out. Very spacious lobby, good for small meetings.

The surroundings were great. Blue on the one side( the lake), green in the other (the park). But you need a taxi or a bike to move around, visit the center and the sights.

I stayed twice at the Crystal Palace hotel in a short period of time and I was very pleased with the stay each time. The staff wes courteous and always willing to help. For my second stay I arrived significantly before the regular check-in time but I received my room very fast. The restaurant personnel complied each time with my special requests.

The bed was comfortable and traffic noise was not a problem, so I slept well each time. I was also pleased with the Wifi Internet connection. All in -
I came back to Cristal hotel after the first sensational impression about the staff. However it was amazing to notice that the service has even improved: their politeness has no limits. This time, during my too short stay, I enjoyed the continuous attention of the restaurant maitre, who can even speak Italian and acts as a guardian angel at your table. I must say that it was again a really pleasant stay. In this hotel you feel like a queen. Thank-you

We were staying overnight near the airport for an early morning flight and the Hotel Tecadra worked perfectly. It is a very nice hotel with all of the amenities one would expect of a good hotel. I travel extensively and stay at 5 star hotels. This beats them all. My 5th stay here in a year.
Staff were very friendly and spoke English well. They did everything to make it a great experience. Great food.
