  The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable! Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). - The view from the room was amazing. Staff very helpful.

At the Grand Continental I felt I was really being served as a guest and not passed through the doors like hundreds of others that have come before me. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived which was fantastic. The spa centre is 5 star with a very spacious jacuzzi and great sauna. The breakfast was fantastic and the location suburb. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

  It was just amazing! When booking I requested for a higher floor with a terrace. When arrived I was upgrated since the room I booked was not free. Finally I've got one-bedroom apt with a huge terrace overlooking the old tiled roofs. It was extremely hot during my stay, and AC provided salutary coolness. The room with kitchen was very large and bright with a super balcony facing a garden and lovely baroque building. It was quiet and an easy taxi to my conference hotel, the cabs were called by the hotel. Andreea was fabulous - not only was she always sunny and helpful but even did extensive research online for my friend and I for a restaurant.
