  The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable! Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). - The view from the room was amazing. Staff very helpful.

  This is a true 5 star hotel and hard to find these days. Many others around the world claim they are and are far from it. At the Grand Continental I felt I was really being served as a guest and not passed through the doors like hundreds of others that have come before me. The coffee which so many hotels serve up heavily over brewed was served fresh. If - Absolutely loved the grandeur of the hotel and the room we were given. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived which was fantastic. The spa centre is 5 star with a very spacious jacuzzi and great sauna. The breakfast was fantastic and the location suburb. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

  I love this hotel this is my second time here, always felt very welcome and the staff are very helpful and ready with many recommendations and what and where to go and do in the city. Initially was staying 3 days asked for an extension, no problem Mr Paul and Ms Michaela Manager were generous to offer an upgrade and easily arranged. Loved the Breakfast and view - The hotel is chique, very comfortable with tasteful design, very nice and good service and value for money. The location is excellent, in the very centre of Bucharest. We also enjoyed the view from the bar and restaurant at the top floor of the hotel. Definitely a hotel to recommend and come back to!

  It was just amazing! When booking I requested for a higher floor with a terrace. When arrived I was upgrated since the room I booked was not free. Finally I've got one-bedroom apt with a huge terrace overlooking the old tiled roofs. It was extremely hot during my stay, and AC provided salutary coolness. The room with kitchen was very large and bright with a super balcony facing a garden and lovely baroque building. Andreea was fabulous - not only was she always sunny and helpful but even did extensive research online for my friend and I for a restaurant.
