  No wonder why this particular hotel is a winner!!! They treat you like a queen! It was my first time in Bucharest, and first with Epoque in March '13. That night after the opera I was not able to tell the taxi driver the address of Epoque, we assumed every taxi driver would know, since it was located almost round the corner from the National Opera... что говорят » House.   I stayed twice at the Crystal Palace hotel in a short period of time and I was very pleased with the stay each time. The staff wes courteous and always willing to help. For my second stay I arrived significantly before the regular check-in time but I received my room very fast. The restaurant personnel complied each time with my special requests. ... что говорят » The bed was comfortable and traffic noise was not a problem, so I slept well each time. I was also pleased with the Wifi Internet connection. All in - I came back to Cristal hotel after the first sensational impression about the staff. However it was amazing to notice that the service has even improved: their politeness has no limits. This time, during my too short stay, I enjoyed the continuous attention of the restaurant maitre, who can even speak Italian and acts as a guardian angel at your table. I must say that it was again a really pleasant stay. In this hotel you feel like a queen. Thank-you

  This was in the perfect location for a city visit. I cannot understand why previous visitors have complained about noise, it's right in the centre of the city, what did they expect? The apartment was spacious, clean & well equipped. The washing machine came in very handy on a 6 day road trip. Security was brilliant both for us and the car.   Очень приятная уютная атмосфера. Много места даже для нас четверых (семья с двумья взрослыми дочерьми). Наличие всего необходимого для комфортного отдыха. Очень порадовала цена - 35 евро за такой номер это просто копейки! Приятно удивила женщина которая поселяла - она очень пунктуально все делала, а когда у меня не оказалось мелких евро, то здачу ... что говорят » она сама принесла на следующий день утром, потрудившись обменять леи на евро для сдачи. Перечислять плюсы можно безконечно. Просто ответте на вопрос - - Все біло просто замечательно. Удобная квартира из 2 комнат по стоимости маленькой клетушки в 2хзвездочном отеле. Расположен на віезде из Бухареста - но очень близко к 4 моллам. Очень удобно для покупок и поездок потом по стране.

  This is a true 5 star hotel and hard to find these days. Many others around the world claim they are and are far from it. At the Grand Continental I felt I was really being served as a guest and not passed through the doors like hundreds of others that have come before me. The coffee which so many hotels serve up heavily over brewed was served fresh. If - Absolutely loved the grandeur of the hotel and the room we were given. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived which was fantastic. The spa centre is 5 star with a very spacious jacuzzi and great sauna. The breakfast was fantastic and the location suburb. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

  The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable! Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). - The view from the room was amazing. Staff very helpful.
