the hotel is just infront of Akan lake, there is free shuttle bus with sister hotel for bigget bath, and also to the bus station even is only 7or8mins by walk from hotel to bus station

The hotel has excellent public and private onsen. Food was great and staff very helpful and friendly. It was s bit on the expensive side but then we paid for quality. From the moment we drove to the hotel driveway to checking out, the service provided was par excellent! We left behind a blazer and some clothings when we checked out and the staff

after travelling in Japan for a week, it is nice to have some real english speaking staff! Natsumi Tamagai went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and accomodate our requests:) Give that woman a beer!

its come with a jacuzi which auto refill water at 42 degree like onsen. Superbe!! Have it everynight

After a minor problem we where conducted to a suberb room, extremely well conceived, a room not only big, but with a wonderful view from the living room and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.

The bus stop for shuttle to Hakodate Airport is just in front of hotel entrance, and that's very convenient. I really appreciate the room upgrade given. It was a pleasant stay! -

Love the hotel, nice modern clean room. Connecting rooms were an added advantage. Ski in and out facilities were very convenient. Rental services was very convenient, staffs were helpful and went out of the way to ensure that we had what we needed. With the lockers provided, equipment were conveniently stored.
