Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. The variety of the breakfast offered - western, japanese & buffet. The quality of the breakfast is good & very good varieties for the buffet.
It is quite easy with the subway to reach the hotel but also very good value with the taxi option to get to the hotel. -

the English-speaking concierge was on hand to assist with my check-in and was there to help regarding some confusion about my transfer to the airport. Fantastic service, staff are all incredibly polite (as is the usual in Japan) and were always trying to help. -

The place is still rather new so room are well design, spacious and comfortable. Rooms have either mountain or sea view to choose from.The toilets are well stock with reasonably good quality toiletries.It is connected to a big mall that has good shopping and dining choices,and a movie theatre.

Nice clean rooms. Spacious. We have the bay view, it was nice to look out to the bay especially after snowing. Not too far from the main shopping area. You will need a car to get to. Underground Carpark great when it is snowing outside, right next to Aeon shopping centre which is connected to the hotel.
