  The location of the hotel was a huge plus. It was directly across the street from the jr Nikko train station, and a short walk from the Nikko Tobu station. For those without a car, you can catch a bus to the onsens/lake area, or to the temples (although walking to the temples from the hotel only took approximately 25-30 minutes).   The location is super great. Right beside the Chosenji Lake. I can watch the lake outside my window. The room is very big and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly.   The hotel situate right next to the lake. We had our dinner and breakfast. The food is alright. I like the front row view of the chuzenji lake. - Nice location that oversees the lake; Excellent (western/fusion) breakfast and dinner at the restaurant next door. The staff were friendly too.
