  This hotel is all about location (right in the middle of ginza, close to shopping, eating, ...).The rooms were on the small side (japan) but spotless clean and nice enough. Tokyo station is about 10 minutes walk away, so that's convenient as well. - Excellent location. Room was very clean and quite spacious. Courteous staff.

We had a double room, with little floor space to keep our luggage (though small rooms seem to be the norm in Japan), but the bed was comfortable and there was a desk and lots of powerpoints. The staff was outstanding help full to assist us with our daily different day tours at Tokyo city & outskirts tourist attractions . At some moments I have occupied 3 - Three Front Desk staff members : One searching the web in English , 2nd sea - The hotel is very close to Toyocho subway station as well as bus station making it easy to transfer. Wifi is free and fast in room and lobby. A pc with internet is available in the lobby and the reception staff are very polite and helpful. Ask them for any destination you are planning to go in order to get their advice and guidance. They are prepared with some print outs.
