  The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. This was our first stop in Japan, and it was very easy to find and get to (there was a shuttle from the airport), and a great introduction to the country.   All the staff were extremely helpful, very polite and very friendly. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to/from Haneda airport and was only a 10 minute bus ride. Also included in the price was breakfast which I have to say was very tasty, western/Japanese catere - The staffs are really friendly. We stayed there on the first day upon arrival to Tokyo. Just tried our luck to see whether we can leave the luggage and yeap... the staff are willing to help although we did not stay there during that day....impressive.

  The hotel room was used from late in the night until early in the morning and it was okay. Nobody in Tokyo has time to explore the hotel booked. It was convenient for that price! - The staff was very professional and accomodating. The hotel was budget-friently, very clean and suited our needs well.
