  The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. This was our first stop in Japan, and it was very easy to find and get to (there was a shuttle from the airport), and a great introduction to the country.   All the staff were extremely helpful, very polite and very friendly. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to/from Haneda airport and was only a 10 minute bus ride. Just tried our luck to see whether we can leave the luggage and yeap... the staff are willing to help although we did not stay there during that day....impressive.

  The hotel room was used from late in the night until early in the morning and it was okay. Nobody in Tokyo has time to explore the hotel booked.   Very close to the station and a short walk to JR. Breakfast was simple and tasty, but not great. Shower pressure and amenities were good and appreciated. Staff was kind to help me find a bar I was looking for but ended up sending me the wrong direction. Be advised there is Kamata and NISHI-kamata. I learned the hard way. check in was fast.
