Al ritorno del viaggio di nozze, io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in questo B&B, ci hanno accolto con un cesto di frutta e degli snack.
Fabio, il gestore, è una persona fantastica, gentilissimo e ci ha fornito molti consigli per la nostra serata Romana.
La camera è pulita e il bagno è arredato con materiali nuovissimi.

Thank you Fabio for the wonderful stay. We stayed at Be First for 4
wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a
computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street
near the termini. It is easy to walk to the Colosseum and Forum area.
Fabio was very helpful with all our questions. He had suggested best
ways to get in from the airport, how to find the bnb. The breakfast at

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator. We are a family with two older children so the two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms was really convenient.
The kitchen facilities were perfect and we appreciated the inclusion of the basics like salt and pepper and oil. Having a full sized fridge with a decent sized freezer was also a bonus for our longer stay.

Breakfast was excellent with good choice (scrambled eggs, bacon and smoked sausage, cold meats, cereals, pastries, breads, fruit, yoghurt and much more). Beds comfortable and well-maintained. No noise and had a great nights sleep after a busy day sight seeing. Airy and good size rooms with attractive, modern décor. Near train and bus station (5 minute walk). Central location.
