πολύ καλούς χώρους,σε καλή τοποθεσία - very clean and modern and it was only 2 minutes walk from the Termini. The staff were great and very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a
computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. We are a family with two older children so the two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms was really convenient.
The kitchen facilities were perfect and we appreciated the inclusion of the basics like salt and pepper and oil. Having a full sized fridge with a decent sized freezer was also a bonus for our longer stay.

The room was big and cleaned daily and also had air con/heater that we could control ourselves. The location was perfect - 5 minutes walk to the Colloseum. Hotelli oli iloinen yllätys :) Sijainti hyvä, kävely matkan päässä lähes kaikista nähtävyyksistä, kertaakaan ei tarvinnut julkista liikennettä käyttää.
30 asteen helteen jälkeen oli ihana tulla ilmastoituun huoneeseen.

Breakfast was excellent with good choice (scrambled eggs, bacon and smoked sausage, cold meats, cereals, pastries, breads, fruit, yoghurt and much more). Beds comfortable and well-maintained. No noise and had a great nights sleep after a busy day sight seeing. Airy and good size rooms with attractive, modern décor. Near train and bus station (5 minute walk). Central location.
