very clean and modern and it was only 2 minutes walk from the Termini. The staff were great and very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Also the use of a free laptop with internet access in your own room was also excellent - It was an excellent choice. Staff very helpful. Room absolutely great.... very close to main station.

we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. We are a family with two older children so the two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms was really convenient.
The kitchen facilities were perfect and we appreciated the inclusion of the basics like salt and pepper and oil. Having a full sized fridge with a decent sized freezer was also a bonus for our longer stay.

Breakfast was excellent with good choice (scrambled eggs, bacon and smoked sausage, cold meats, cereals, pastries, breads, fruit, yoghurt and much more). Beds comfortable and well-maintained. No noise and had a great nights sleep after a busy day sight seeing. Airy and good size rooms with attractive, modern décor. Near train and bus station (5 minute walk). Central location.
