  Marco, the owner was very hands on and he supplied a lot info about things to see and do in Como and the towns around the lake. He also owns L'Antica Trattoria. We had a delicious meal there and the service was first rate. Assanto made sure that breakfast was set out every morning and he was quick to offer coffee or tea. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

  We've stayed for 3 nights, very friendly owners that let us check in at 13:00 although they open at 15:00. It was really comfortable, clean, great wifi access to all your devises, well equipped kitchen and bathroom ( washing machine in the bathroom), satellite. A 7 minutes walk to Lake Como, 3 minutes walk to some shopping stores, 5 minutes drive ... cosa dice la gente » to Bennet( it's a mall that has a super market in it). Last but not least an 18 minutes drive to Foxtown factory store outlet in Switzerland. - The location was very good for viewing Cernobbio and it was very close to the boats pier going to Como: in 8 minutes you were already in the city of Como. The place was immersed in a treed location and in a quite area of Cernobbio, in front of Villa Erba. The owners were very helpful and kind. The apartment was fitted with every confort you could want, including a washing machine in the bathroom. We will definitely stay again at the Cernobbio Residence.

It was very peaceful. By one of the minor ferry stop off points and close to a major one it allowed a little boat hopping. Their restaurant serve great food for breakfast and dinner. Our room was very nice and clean and had a lakeview. It was great. The conveniences (ferry, bus) were just outside the door. Antonia and Samuel have a sign at the reception that says something like "you arrive a customer, but you leave as a friend" I would definitely go back without a doubt.
