My time at villa karisa was just outstanding! It is so peaceful and quiet there the rooms are comfortable, clean and have a great Balinese style. The Haven Hotel made our trip! we could not have asked for a better place to stay.The two bedroom suite was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 (5 yr old, 3yr old, and 9 month old). Everyone had space to play, watch movies and chill out.

I loved this hotel, aspecially breakfast!! It was amazing delicious!! A huge variaty every day! Very nice swimmimg pool! Staff were really helpful. They kept smiling and greeting all the time. Loved location as well! Close to many shops (u should burgain there twice lower price),fine restaurants and money changers (be careful! They chit a lot! Recheck money when u leave!). Also very close to the six beach just 10 mins on foot.

I love the atmosphere of the place and definitely love the room and the cleanliness. Food in the cafe was great and we were lucky to meet two adorable furry pups who were staying in the hotel lobby as well. Less than 5 minutes away from Seminyak beach and 5-10 minutes walk away from the restaurants and shops. Peaceful and romantic I must say.

The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. -

Service is great here. We saw, I think, all the hotels nearby, and in Benoa. But this one is really best you can get in Bali for those money. Sure it's no hilton, but it's comfortable, clean and has authentic spirit. And the bar serves delicious food. I recommend to book super delux room, 'cause they are more quiet. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable and the outside Balinese-styled bathroom was beautiful. The hotel is set on a busy main road however all the rooms and swimming pool are set back and surprising quiet. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The villas are a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 mins to the main part of Seminyak.

A fantastic little getaway gem if you are looking for something good value with a touch of traditional Balinese. I stayed in a double-storey suite with traditional Balinese decor, it's beautiful. I love the outdoor living area facing the front, and the marble bathroom is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, info leaflets of the tours and major attractions are all available at the reception, the reception.

We are frequent travellers to Bali and we stayed at Umadasa due to all the positive reviews the hotel had.
We had a late arrival at 2 am, however the staff welcoming us with a big smile. They were so friendly and helpful at all times.
Breakfast varied everyday and was served fresh.
Hotel was really quiet considering that it was just steps away from a main road. Beach was less than 5 minutes away walking and there were lots of places to eat or drink around.
