The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality.
Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max.
Ridiculously romantic.
The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do.

The villas are brilliant! Very clean, large and comfy! The sea water shower is amazing and there is plenty of fresh water in a scoop afterwards! Far from the centre which might be good for some, bad for other! It's 10 minute bicycle ride and 25 minute walking. We loved it!

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done for us with good humor and a friendly, relaxed manner. Setting was idyllic and just the right distance to walk into the main town. Food was delicious and inexpensive, considering we were at a resort. Privacy was another good feature.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and very nice to our little baby girl. The villa, pool and surroundings were meticulously cleaned multiple times per day. The circular pool shared by the villas works well, gives a sense of privacy being at the back of the villa but is big enough to have a real swim. -

A beautiful boutique hotel, with careful thought given to interior design in colours and decor. The rooms are spotless and despite the resort situated on the main coastal road and our room being towards the front of the resort, we heard nothing once we closed our door. Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

Great location, stones throw from busy area but away far enough for a good nights sleep. Room was laid out well and outdoor bathroom nice. Staff were helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it.

The ENTIRE island is extremely friendly and accommodating - likewise Gili Palms. Great pool, great bathrooms (semi-outdoors is perfect!) and totally relaxed. Staff will leave you alone unless you approach them (in which case they will be extremely helpful!).

We had an absolute amazing honeymoon there and would highly recommend this beautiful villas to other travelers. The stuff was super friendly, the villas are big and comfy and the breakfast service is just an additional plus.
Make sure you cycle 3 minutes down the road and watch the sunset on "sunset beach", one of the highlights of our stay.
