The interior decor is funky and cheery. Everything seems new.
The staff at counter, Fredy, Olin and Mali , are able english speakers and very friendly.

The staff are very friendly. Always smiling and and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and yet were allowed to check in even though the time to check in is at 2pm. The buffet breakfast is adequate. They do provide airport transfer to and from hotel for free. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you to Rita, Rio and others. -

Love the fact that I can do a last minute shopping at Cihampelas Superhero outlet before my flight back. The location is so convenient as it is linked to CiWalk. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It was really nice for them to accommodate us with all our special request as we were there to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. The room is perfectly huge, cold and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfectly located at the heart of shopping areas. Breakfast spread was totally amazing. It is really a perfect choice choosing to stay with Golden Flower Hotel.
