The interior decor is funky and cheery. Everything seems new.
The staff at counter, Fredy, Olin and Mali , are able english speakers and very friendly.
They go out to answer our enquiries.

Love the fact that I can do a last minute shopping at Cihampelas Superhero outlet before my flight back. The location is so convenient as it is linked to CiWalk. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It was really nice for them to accommodate us with all our special request as we were there to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. The room is perfectly huge, cold and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfectly located at the heart of shopping areas. Breakfast spread was totally amazing. Traffic flows quite well thus did not encounter bad congestion.

The girl at the front desk is very helpful. At first, they said the double bed room already full booked, when I checked in. And offer me, twin bed room. But I need double bed, cos I bring my 2 y.o daughter with me. Then she upgrade my room to deluxe for free
