We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone. After it was settled with another deposit they came calling AGAIN at the door while we were resting. We

Hotel it's in a strategic position. Has a very good spa, swimming
pool and sauna! It's not necessary to go in the City, if you plan to
stay one day. Jakarta is crowded every day, a lot of traffic!! Rush hour
may be 3 hour to go city.

The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin

Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

Since we were traveling as a family we got 2 rooms, which were upgraded when we checked into the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were big and really comfortable. great,we enjoyed every morning the breakfast time... A great
design...despite non replying our email to arrange for the airport
transfer but they rectify it by arranging a free shuttle to our second
hotel in Jakarta.High quality of services (we tried the laundry it was
with perfect cleaness and their massage is also professional) we would
highly recommend this hotel in Jakarta..it offers very high standard
of services.
