Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.

  I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was located on a high floor. The room was a bit small though, but quite comfortable. Breakfast is good and there is a cafe restaurant, which serves a well priced food. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the hotel staff. Location is excellent, 3 minute walk to McDonalds, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Chillis, etc. Huge shopping mall 5 min with taxi, it will cost you $1 (Grand Indonesia). This is the best location I have stayed at in Jakarta.
