  Thought the staff were very friendly and proficient in English. The hotel is new, as such the room was clean, comfortable, not large but for the money a tremendous value compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good, it is an indonesian breakfast so If you are a westerner than wants bacon and eggs you might want to go else where for... cosa dice la gente » breakfast. I have no complaints and will be booking this hotel for my next visit in a few weeks. - Fave Pasar Baru is one of my favourite hotels in Jakarta. It is clean, safe, near shops and food courts (mall is 5 minutes walk away, and the famous Pasar Baru Market in also 5 minutes walk from here). The staff is FANTASTIC. I call this hotel my little 5 star hotel

  The location is convenient. Staffs's helpful and friendly to assist us to solve our requests. Room is clean and comforatable. The hotel satisfy our requests when we made reservation. The Spa services are exemplary with professional and attentive staff. The food is tasty but once I found the fried rice and - Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.

  The Women (Hotel Manager) we got was excellent. We never heard "No" from her. She always busy to serve their customer. She is very friendly too. - Good, spacious room! Located at the heart of Jakarta. The street side food is amazing. Breakfast was simple and quick!
