Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.

Great service, very comfortable rooms, located just near huge Mall Kelapa Gading with a wide range of shops, eateries, entertainment. The staff is young, polite, efficient. The food at breakfast and in the cafe is delicious and you can eat even late, after all the restaurants in the Mall are closed.

We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. It is always a pleasure to return to Akmani. The hotel is not 5 star nor 1 star but it is nice and comfortable, rooms are nice, it is quiet during the night. You will really have a good sleep. Shower is nice, I like it! Location is excellent, 3 minute walk to McDonalds, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Chillis, etc. Huge shopping mall 5 min with taxi, it will cost you $1 (Grand Indonesia). This is the best location I have stayed at in Jakarta.

The hotel was perfect for the first 2 nights in Indonesia. We were able
to really relax in a great big classy room that overlooked jakarta with
windows down to the floor. A big bathroom with 2 sinks. The beds were
big with good matrasses. Clean also. There is a nice small swimmingpool
and also a good fitness area.
