  I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was located on a high floor. The room was a bit small though, but quite comfortable. Breakfast is good and there is a cafe restaurant, which serves a well priced food. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the hotel staff. I happened to loose my iPod thinking that I lost it in a taxi ca... cosa dice la gente » b, but I was informed by the hotel staff that I had left it at the hotel cafe. The iPod was then returned to me. Such honesty and professionalism of - We enjoy the room ambience. Room service food was really nice and delicious. Housekeeping was very great and keep our room clean and tidy.Breakfast serve variety for our 3 days stay. Free Shuttle transfer to Mangga Dua area is useful. As we need it every day. Free Internet service at the lobby was very good and I can update my family and friends easily. just tips :- for airport transfer you may use White Horse Taxi..very convenience and its not expensive
