Overall, very good service, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near to CIMB Niaga, and BII Bank (Maybank). Also near to Rumah Mode and fine dining restaurants. Recommended for those want to stay with family or first timer to Bandung. You will love it. -

I was booking Deluxe Room for 1 night. When I checked in, the Deluxe Room was full and the staff took the responsibility by upgrading our room into Executive Room with the same price for Deluxe. I really appreciate the staff & management's professionalism regarding this.

I like this hotel very much! It's a very good hotel with GREAT value for money. The room is very clean,modern,and comfortable.You can have coffee/tea facility in the room. It's more like 3* than 1* hotel. The Hotel also located in the center of the city although in a quiet neighbourhood, but it's near to shopping center and famous malls in Bandung

This is not a guesthouse.. It is a quite fancy hotel with nice interior and full equipped facilities. It exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, comfortness you get is even more than in 2-3 stars. The ambience of Victorian is really nice.. It brings you to another environment further than in Busy Jakarta :) Totally worth the price.
