The hotel is very cosy, as it can host maximum 8 guests (4 villas) and there are only the same 5-6 persons of the staff, which enables you to feel like at home very quickly. The staff is excellent - friendly, caring and helpful.

customer experience (E.G. the taxi driver dropped us at 6 km of the

This small hotel is more amazing than you could ever dream of. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The food is amazing but has nothing on the view, This is by far the most beautiful beach I have ever been too. -

Everything is ABSOLUTELY perfect. The villa is beautiful, the rooms(all with ensuite bathroom) are incredibly clean, spacious and the decoration is lovely. The owner agreed to cook fantastic dinners for us(and breakfast as well), and her brother drove us everywhere we wanted to with efficiency And a great kindness. The location is absolutely lovely! They have two swimming pools facing the sea.
The room was big and clean as was the bathroom. Our room faced the sea and we had an amazing view of the sea.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The food served at their restaurant is pretty good too! Good chicken sate, ikan pepes, mie goreng and nasi goreng. The inclusive breakfast is quite substantial too - pancakes, eggs, juice/fruit platter, tea/coffee.

We had the big "Family room". A bit more expensive than a standard room but so much nicer location: uphill close to swimming pool and much more quiet + much nicer view. Spacious room & bathroom. Very helpfull and friendly staff, helping out in transport & other issues. Limited but tastfull breakfast. -

the location is stunning, the staff were all so helpful, and young. probably need to learn more english, but lovely all the same! the food was yummy, and felt like we had the restaurant to ourselves most days.the villa was clean, the pool also. A short walk down to the shop that stocked everything you needed, plus made a good coffee and milkshakes

- All the advices we have got from the manager of the place. All the staff cannot speak Englisch but as he was really present it is not an issue. Amed is quite a calm place so it is good to get advices from someone.

Beautiful bungalow right on the beach. Very clean and stylish. Good AC and ceiling fan and fridge available. Fantastic sunrises and sunsets with Mt. Agung at the background. Tasty breakfast served on the veranda and coffee and tea available all day long. The owner Gede and his wife are very helful and kind. They prepared fresh grilled fish several times for us.
