The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza. Thanks very much to all the wonderful staff who helped

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the recreational and pool bar staff (Smiley, Madimadi, Oki etc) and the breakfast staff. The rooms were well maintained by efficient and friendly staff, and the facilities were well presented. Also the grounds staff kept the grounds around the resort in superb condition. Excellent

This was my family first time to Bali and I would like to Thank all the staff at Kuta Central Park were awesome and I would like to thank you for making our stay memorable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was delicious and there was variety of foods to choose from which my children loved. If you wanted Bacon the staff were able to provide this for you. Our rooms were always clean and tidy when we returned for the day. Happy hour were cheap, loved the Baileys comet a must try

It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. -

Loved the location right in the heart of Siminyak. the villa was clean at all times had house keeping came in every day which I didn't expect. Had breakfast made every morning by a lovely guy. The pool was lovely and cool and I thought with the heat the pool may be warm but refreshing every swim and even stayed in till the wee hours of the morning

I appreciated the attention to details. Since I have an infant child, it was particularly sweet that Conrad prepared a small package of baby stuff (shampoo, lotion diaper, etc) and placed stuffed toys (monkeys and turtles) around. My son loved the stuffed toys!! It was a small gesture but greatly appreciated. I also liked their quick service.

This place was a 10 out 10.
My wife and I are extremely picky but we could not find a single problem with Conrad.
I recommend for families and couples(they have a separate area for them). It is perfect!
All was integrated and I never need to touch my walled to purchase anything. They even held our children while we were having dinner sometimes ; )
