We thought that everything was up to our expectations and excellent value. Joining the Priority Club giving us free wifi and late check out was a bonus. The very reasonably priced meals at all three outlets were excellent in value and quality. -

Friendly, laid back and helpful staff - booked ferry and transport for us. Stayed there for two nights when we arrived and for a night when we left. Close to the airport and within walking distance to all Kuta shops and nightlife, as well as beach. Also left some things there the first time and they held them for us for a couple weeks -

The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the recreational and pool bar staff (Smiley, Madimadi, Oki etc) and the breakfast staff. The rooms were well maintained by efficient and friendly staff, and the facilities were well presented. Also the grounds staff kept the grounds around the resort in superb condition. Excellent

My rating is based on the rooms rather than the entire hotel.
The rooms are very nice with wired Internet, coffee/tea, mini-bar/fridge, safe, good closet space, TV with many channels, comfortable bed, hairdryer. Wired Internet only in the rooms. WiFi in public areas. Both are excellent, fast, reliable.

Stayed in a Deluxe room on the 5th floor (top floor) Hotel is well
maintained and staff are the most kindest people and always happy. We
arrived at 2am (delayed flight) they were more then happy to accomodate
us even though we were late. Breakfast is same as most places ive stayed
at, The pool is a lap pool but was enough for a relaxing dip to cool
off. We never seen anybody in it the hole 9 days we stayed. The bar down
stairs is a great place to unwind after a big day stomping the pavement.

What a wonderful place to stay, i would reccomend these apartments to anyone. Great staff who will look after your every needs, great location if going out at night in kuta, just a short walk home, rooms are just beautifuly decorated and clean. The location is this hotel is best for traveller who wants to explore Kuta area. The hotel is just beside brand-new place, Beach walk shopping mall and easy to access to Jl.Poppis, Jl. Legian. Kuta beach is also very close. You can see sun-set at the pool. The pool is small but beautiful.

Fuss-free check-in, courteous and friendly staff, simple but nice breakfast. Located near Mall Bali Galleria, easy to get taxis and many Halal restaurants within walking distance. The bread pudding served during breakfast is simply-to-die-for. Nice ambience and atmosphere. My family loves this hotel. We shall stay here again for our next trip to Bali.
