For a 2 star hotel this was a really pleasant surprise! We loved the hotel, the staff could not have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful. Our room was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. We would definately stay here again. Breakfast was traditional French continental style breakfast; exactly what we wanted.

The location of the hotel is just perfect - right in the city center, near the principal square and main streets. Our room was quite small but cosy. The hotel is in an old biulding that has the charm and spital stairs! We had two heavy bags, but the receptionist Mehdi was really helpful and helped us to get them right to our room and gave some use

Staff are really helpful, though it does not have a life, he help us to pick the luggage upstairs upon our asking. Breakfast is excellent under such room cost. the location also close to the street with many restaurant in Lyon. We have a good night there

There was also a little balcony with a table and two chairs. The place was spartan but very efficient and sparkling clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rate, for 3 people, was a bargain. I have chosen this hotel for the second time because of the location. It is very close to the train and bus station. Perfect if you arrive late or your departure is early in the morning. Tram station also close, perfect for going to University campus. Free internet working pretty nice and friendly personal. The rooms are clean.

La posizione centrale ci ha permesso di raggiungere i più interessanti luoghi di Lione a piedi. Il personale dell'hotel è stato gentilissimo, la camera era davvero accogliente e pulita. - Personale gentile e qualificato; ottima pulizia di camere e bagno; zona tranquilla, ottima per riposare la notte.

The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

A very good Family run Hotel. Madam Claire was a joy and could not have been more helpful, Rooms were adequate, warm & comfortable. Beakfast was good, Dinners were set 4 courses and very nice local dishes.
Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet and 5mins walk from lift & town. Very good value and will visit again.
