  The hotel is extremelly well located, just across the river from the historical center.The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and the stone walls gave it a very authentic feel. Great cost-benefit hotel in Lyon if you are not looking to spend too much. No luxury, but very cozy. We loved the hotel, the staff could not have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful. Our room was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. We would definately stay here again. Breakfast was traditional French continental style breakfast; exactly what we wanted.

  The location of the hotel is just perfect - right in the city center, near the principal square and main streets. Our room was quite small but cosy. The hotel is in an old biulding that has the charm and spital stairs! We had two heavy bags, but the receptionist Mehdi was really helpful and helped us to get them right to our room and gave some use... wat mensen zeggen » ful advice about the city! I recommend this hotel to other travellers who want to enjoy Lyon. - Staff are really helpful, though it does not have a life, he help us to pick the luggage upstairs upon our asking. Very quiet hotel with a coffee shop & many bar/restaurants to choose from. It is very close to the train and bus station. Perfect if you arrive late or your departure is early in the morning. Tram station also close, perfect for going to University campus. Free internet working pretty nice and friendly personal. The rooms are clean.

The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.
