  Really friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. Good food in the restaurant, and I was offered a good rate for having dinner and breakfast. The room and en suite were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. - Everything. Staff were superb - enormously helpful. Food was good and location fantastic for the canal.
