Really friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. Good food in the restaurant, and I was offered a good rate for having dinner and breakfast. The room and en suite were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
Everything. Staff were superb - enormously helpful. Food was good and location fantastic for the canal.

Well placed, friendly helpful staff.
Cheaper, located in the center of town, this hotel was truly budget.
Town has interesting features, worth half a day. Restaurants in town
were limited in number and selection, as well as seats. Meet a
foursome from a canal boat and had a pleasant dinner across the street
from the hotel.

Staff were able to happily accommodate our bikes.
Position in the centre of the town. The room was clean. Free parking and easy to reach.

My bedroom overlooked the street so there was some traffic noise, and keeping the window shut made the room very hot, but the canal du midi is just down the hill, which is what I had come for.

The fact that the boss is an absentee - he owns several restaurants. We found on arrival that the hotel is closed between 3pm and 6.30pm, though we were not advised of this when booking.
Not many seats in restaurants, limited choices.

There wasn't the door of the toilet. Breakfast very poor.
Room a bit small but reflects
reasonable price.
