In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away. Thank you!

  My partner and I were very comfortable at the hotel even though we only stayed 2 nights within our itinerary. I chose the hotel due to value for money and it's great location near the beach, shops and restaurants.   The setting of the hotel is beautiful, overhanging a bay on the Med. The room whilst a bit on the small side ( we had a comfort double, room 30) was gorgeous, very unusual deco. We didn't try any of the facilities as (spa etc|) we only stayed one night, and unfortunately the weather was atrocious which spoiled the stay for - This hotel is situated very well (quiet and with a splendid vue). The staff (specifically the director) is extremely helpfull and friendly. We enjoyed this hotel very much. I have read some complaints about the breakfast but you should consider it's a small hotel (21 rooms) and you cannot expect the same big choice as you can enjoy in big hotels which have + 100 rooms. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

  Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. They also offer a laundry service at a very reasonable price, a large load for €10. Very handy to bus stop and a number of shops including a supermarket. Handy to Nice, Monaco, Eze village and more. - Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.
