This hotel provided everything - underground parking, spacious apartment with kitchen, air-conditioning, large balcony and even a sea view and it is not far from the Casino area once you work out how the strets and public elevators are laid out.

Very good apartments. Clean and well desinged. Staff is very friendly. Location is about 5-7 minutes to center of Monaco: first turn left to the down stairs. Then take a public lift to the center. Don't be scared it's very easy and safe. Also if you go on the right and turn near the Olimpic hotel you will find a good mini market where you can buy all food (just 3-4 minutes walking). Internet was working very good.

The location is excellent, a five minute walk to the Old Port and Palais down through winding streets. The kitchenette is small but well supplied, the bathroom surprisingly spacious. Quiet, facing the garden. Jeremy, the manager is very nice and helpful. -

Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

Arrived at sunset and the view could not have been more beautiful. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was very efficient. Everything perfect. Stunning seaview from the window. Sea just 5 steps down... Perfect location, close to centre, but not busy.
Bus # 30 goes straightly from SNCF gare.
Comfortable twin rooms.
Very nice and cozy restaurant, good breakfast for 9 euro.
Recommended to all tourists, with or without children.

Sensational service from the minute we arrived. Oliver and his team are very professional, helpful and offer tremendous value.
On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!).

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well.

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!
