The flat was much nicer then most hotels in Lille that were twice as much - Excellent situation near the (Flandres) rail station. The bedsit had all you'd need for a short self-catering stay. Towels changed both days we stayed. A brilliant location right in the centre. Could be noisy on lower floors because of traffic, but it didn't bother us much.
