  A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening. They helped us get around the city easily, gave good suggestions for meals and were always gracious and patient!   This hotel is in an excellent location. Turn left when you walk out front door to Metro station. About 200 yds. Monoprix supermarket opposite is marvellous - Paris prices of course. At the end of Rue de Bac, the Musee d'Orsay is on your left and walk across the bridge in front of you and you're at the Louvre! Turn left - The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

The room was a great size, especially for Paris, with a large balcony and amazing view of the Eiffel tower. It was a little dated but no where near as bad as the reviews on trip adviser say it is. It was slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew all of this in advance so did not complain. The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.
