  The service was excellent and friendly. Everybody spoke English beautifully. Our room was larger than expected with a flat screen TV. The bathroom was modern and lovely. - The size of the room for a Paris hotel and the restaurant!!!!

  A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent.   The room's décor was most attractive. The bathroom was spotless, modern and most comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our four night stay with nothing being a bother. They helped us get around the city easily, gave good suggestions for meals and were always gracious and patient! The room was a bit small but outfitted with great storage, very cozy, comfortable and outfitted with little details. Very very clean! The view onto the terrace was so quaint and beautiful! We hope to go back someday!

  This hotel is in an excellent location. Turn left when you walk out front door to Metro station. About 200 yds. Monoprix supermarket opposite is marvellous - Paris prices of course. Turn right and a two minute walk along the Rue de Bac takes you to the Seine. on the way you will see marvellous boulangerie on left and delicatessen on right (one ... vad folk säger » block up). At the end of Rue de Bac, the Musee d'Orsay is on your left and walk across the bridge in front of you and you're at the Louvre! Turn left - The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

  My sister and I stayed here our last night in Paris. We were initially going to stay at a cheap hotel at the airport but decided to splurge and get a place near the Eiffel Tower. In retrospect, it was the perfect decision. We reserved a 2 single bed deluxe room, Eiffel Tower view, and specially requested an awesome view. If you don't ask - The location was excellent and the staff in reception very helpful and friendly. The room was a great size, especially for Paris, with a large balcony and amazing view of the Eiffel tower. It was a little dated but no where near as bad as the reviews on trip adviser say it is. It was slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew all of this in advance so did not complain. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.
